Welcome to ForeRun, a calm second brain for parents, operated by SuttleSolution Media ("ForeRun," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using ForeRun, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Who can use ForeRun
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription and to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity under it.
What ForeRun does
ForeRun helps you capture what is on your mind and turns it into an organized, shared list with gentle reminders. Some features use artificial intelligence to read your notes and photos and pull out dates and to dos.
Subscriptions, free trial, and billing
- ForeRun offers a 14 day free trial. After the trial, ForeRun is $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year, and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Apple bills you, your subscription is managed in your iPhone Settings, and Apple's terms also apply.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- If we ever change prices, we will tell you in advance.
Refunds
We want ForeRun to feel like relief, not one more thing to fight with. If it is not right for you, we will make it right.
- Monthly plan: cancel anytime to stop future charges. If a recent charge caught you off guard, email us within 30 days and we will refund it.
- Annual plan: email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After that, we will refund the unused portion of your year, prorated by the whole months remaining.
- App Store purchases are refunded by Apple through Apple's process, which is outside our control.

Your content
The things you capture in ForeRun are yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content only to provide ForeRun to you, including sending it to our AI provider to organize it. You are responsible for the content you enter, including any information about other people, and you confirm you have the right to share it with ForeRun.
Using ForeRun responsibly
Please do not misuse ForeRun. Do not use it for anything unlawful, do not attempt to break, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service, and do not use it to store content that violates the rights of others.
Important limits on the AI features
ForeRun's AI does its best, but it is not perfect and can occasionally misread a note or a flyer. Please double check anything that truly matters, like an important appointment. ForeRun is a helpful organizer, not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not for emergencies. Anything in ForeRun related to newborns, health, or wellbeing is for your own personal organizing and is not medical advice.
Availability
We provide ForeRun as is and as available. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may occasionally have downtime. We do our best to keep it running smoothly.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ForeRun is provided without warranties of any kind, and SuttleSolution Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to ForeRun will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Apple App Store
If you download ForeRun from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies to your use, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Changes to these Terms
If we update these Terms, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. Continuing to use ForeRun means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
